Number of Innocents Killed in Mexico Drug Prohibition War Up 172%
The number of civilians killed in Mexicoâs drug prohibition war soared by 172 percent in the last 12 months. Collateral deaths of civilians increased from 61 in 2009 to 166 last year, according to a report from the Attorney Generalâs Office.
