St. Patrick's Day Marijuana is SAFER Press Conference and Rally

Join Empire State NORML at City Hall Park (the east side of Broadway between Park Place and Barclay Street) in downtown Manhattan to declare that marijuana is safer than alcohol at high noon the day before St. Patrick's Day. CUNY Queens College professor Harry Levine and Dr. Julie Holland will be speaking at this lunch-time press conference and rally. Come on down and help end marijuana prohibition, and demand that the NYPD accept and abide by marijuana's present decriminalized status. See you there!
