Which I found pithy.
As is usually the case with Mr. Stamper, he goes on to make a very reasonable and intelligent assessment of Mr. Kerlikowske's history, positive and negative, and provides useful feedback and encouragement to the new drug czar.
It's an informative and encouraging letter, well worth a read
