The War On Drugs, Or The War To Preserve Bloated Agencies?

This blog isn't to say that all government agencies are bad, however, when I see certain government offices and it strikes me they are only dedicated to inflating their perceived effectiveness - in the eyes of the public and the politicians - then they are adrift in a sea of their own self interest and damn the average citizen. They will even trump charges against private citizens to make their case, right or wrong doesn't figure in their equations. raising capital
