Introduction

My name is John Daniel. I don't believe prohibition of Marijuana works any more than prohibition of alcohol worked. It was a policy with its genesis in racism and a waste of time and money. I support our troops and the legalization of marijuana for people over the age of 21. (sorry kiddies). I have a question is there a non invasive test for being under the influence that could be used by police if there is an auto accident? Is there a way to tell when the last time some one used or a standard method of judging any impairment caused by marijuana? John Daniel
