Yoyo! on June 9th 2008 my house alarm went off cause the wind blew my door open! yeah right! of course i wasn't home and the cops went in all though there was no sign of forced entry. upon entry they found just 14-grams in my basement on the coffee table. now in there affidavit the cops say through there training and experience they believed drug trafficking was going on. they found the bag next to a pipe how does that say I"m a drug dealer? if they would have found this next to a scale then we have something. so they request a warrant and in the mean time they interrogate me in my driveway and never read me my rights. i asked to go back in the house they said no. they restricted my movement which calls for my rights to be read to me. they did not allow me to call a lawyer in fact they told me to call one a few days later. anyways they found 6 more oz and my hunting guns and i had a unregistered hand gun. they charged me with me felony firearm and then charged me with possession with intent to deliver and maintaining a drug house. in michigan felony firearm is a mandatory 2 year bid. I"ve never had a speeding ticket or been in any trouble with he law in my life. the cops or the prosecution wont even give me a plea bargain. its now it's come down to me filing motions on the 4th and 5th amendment for illegal search and seizure and to quash statements. if anyone can give me a sense of what to expect please let me know. peace out
