Abgail Storm reminded me that we can't vote anyone out. But we can vote people in...
Vote for the Repeal of all Marijuana laws in the State of New York, Elect people who will allow all New Yorkers to grow their Marijuana, Hemp, Cannabis at home, without regulation
Set yourselves free! End Hemp Prohibition
Marijuana is green! It's time to take it out of the BLACK MARKET and put it iback n the FARMER'S MARKET. American Hemp is our heritage from God Almighty and the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of the State of New York both protect we the citizens of New York State from such overbroad legislation which blatantly acts to sweep away the rights of the individual.
We are C.A.M.P. Citizens Against Marijuana Prohibition and we are planning to "camp" on legislative steps until we succeed in abolishing all laws prohibiting the cultivation, sales, use, and possession of cannabis hemp in the State of New York. Our effort is to '"Bring Back American Hemp" without regulation.
Marijuana is a privacy issue. It always has been. "Drug Laws" brought it out into the streets and into "the Black Market" and now it's been tainted by organized crime, you know, the whole gun thing. What makes something criminal is threatening to hurt or hurting someone or their property. Stealing is criminal. Conspiring to take someone's rights away under color of law is criminal. But growing, smoking, wearing and or eating plants is not criminal. Did someone say marijuana? You mean the flowering tops of the hemp plant? The laws against it are the only thing criminal about marijuana or the beautiful people that come together to share its many blessings. It is simply a wonderful plant given to us by our Creator. An herbal remedy you might say to help heal the alien-nation of humans.
Therefore, in the interest of justice and in adherence to the protections guaranteed to us by the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of The State of New York, we charge anyone representing any laws which prohibit the possession, sales, and/or cultivation of cannabis hemp in any of its forms to recognize these laws as blatantly unconstitutional in that they are overbroad and sweep away the basic rights of the individual, protected under these 2 constitutions, to peacefully and lawfully assemble and partake of that good thing which God has created for them without fear of their peace, safety, liberty and privacy being taken away under color of law.
All we are saying is kindly step aside and out of our gardens and off our farms and please go catch some real criminals and avoid being one yourself. And remember, your most important job is the one you've sworn to do.
In fact, until you raise your right hand and take the "Oath of Office" you aren't oficially holding that office. Why do you have to swear to defend, protect and preserve the Constitutions of the State of New York and the United States? Because, corruption in high places is inevitable. Sad, but true.
Defend, protect and preserve these constitutions. It's the only thing that will hold this nation (US) together.
So, Hemp, Hemp, Hurray!
Let's GO HEMP AMERICA!
Set yourselves free and come help C.A.M.P. abigailstorm-eggink@hotmail.com 845-701-6017

Why they fear the herb....
Cannabis is unique because it temporarily shuts off the "short-term memory" circuits that (1) remind you what you did 2 seconds ago, and (2) virtually force you to LIVE in the past, on memories, however short, (3) prevent you from living in the PRESENT, with the fresh eyes & unspoiled perspective you were born with.
The fresh perceptions are what we celebrate when we ingest the sacred herb, but the danger the military-industrial complex senses is THE ACT OF GETTING FREE to perceive with the eyes we were born with! For the same reason we have our childlike perceptions ripped away from us in childhood by the "public school" system....until we end up as the grown-up drones spouting all the lies shoved down our throats, instead of learning things in our own unique and delightful way. And for the same reason we're supposed to abandon our own truths ALL OUR LIVES, in lieu of some ersatz version of life in service of the status quo...in deadening destructive jobs, in a hideous military dedicated to murder and subversion rather than defense, and a whole life of alienation and pointlessness. It's DANGEROUS to break free from this, because maybe we could just CHANGE THE WORLD! And THAT'S ALL the "system" is afraid of. Your right to have a humane and livable world. FREE THE HERB NOW!!!!!!
