Drug gangs Winning Drug War And what do the jack-booted thugs (erm...government authorities) say? More Deaths Equals More Success And what is needed to achieve this objective? BIGGER GUNS Doesn't anyone in power understand that it's not the drugs that cause the problem - it's the money? Stop the Drugs? "Can't be done, but let's try so we can play with our big guns." Stop the Money (i.e., LEGALIZE)? "Makes too much sense. Besides, we've already built all these prisons ... can't let them stand empty. And where would we get the money to buy all our big guns?"
