Without going into great deal of detail about anything. resently pulled over doing nothing wrong other than driving around on a friday afternoon. charged with a dui for the reason my eyes looked red.and that he thaught i had been smoking mary j. dont get me wrong I totally support mary j in all she does and is doing but I havent been a consumer of her for quite some time. which makes the whole thing wacked. when i exercised my right to remain silent. spent 3 days in jail on felony dui charches. vehicle was impounded for 5 days until they were able to make up some laim excusse to get a search warant. Mind u that they had already attemted several times. And in my opinion by way of reliable sources and reasoning believe had already been in my vehicle. anyway they say that they found a crystaline substance. so now not only awaiting what they are going to do on the dui I'm waiting on what kiind injust and corupt monuvering they are going to try to
pull. they have seized several thousands of dollars of personal property alot of which i make my living with as a independent contractor. created so much stress and uneasyness it isnt even funny. yet knowing full well that the stop and most of the insidents after the stop were illegal. I have only to hope that somday people will relize that there civil liberties are in for some real tests. and if we dont take a stand right know this minute I fore one dont want to live in the kinda of place we re headed for. any thing I can do to help count me in.

I hope you can get your life going again after these people have raped and stolen from you. The cost of their illegal acts should be their responsibility. But, I really doubt that they are going to be sympathetic about taking your stuff, even after your innocence is proven! Good luck! (Keep us informed).
