that were considering applying for funding from the Drug Policy Foundation's
grant program: The next deadline is April 1, 1999. Proposals must
be in the format outlined in the grant guidelines last revised August 1998
and be postmarked by April 1 to be considered for funding. The guidelines
are located online at http://www.dpf.org/html/guidelines.html.
